The JobSpeedDating service intends to shorten the distance between recruiters and job seekers and provide targeted profiles to employers. Each candidate shares 5 minutes with a recruiter and in less than 2 hours each employer has almost 17 chances to meet the ideal candidate. After the event, the company announces their preferred candidates whom they would like to see again for an in-depth interview at their premises. All candidates’ profiles are filtered in advance by CVexperts consultants, based on the prerequisites of every job position.

The JobSpeedDating concept can be even further customized according to the special recruiting needs of an employer. 

The 1st JobSpeedDating event took place on December 18th 2009 under the auspices of MoneyShow, at the Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, Hilton Athens hotel.
